The University has a special budget for foreign students. Therefore the University guarantees cheap housing facilities and free Italian Language courses to foreign students who register via Italstudio.

N.B. In order to register and get these facilities you have to contact Italstudio as soon as possible, so we can get you a regristration number that entitles you to these facilities.

*Bachelor degree programs (3 years)

(European students do not have to pass any test to register in a Bachelor program, also no language test)

*An “entry package” is a series of courses taught in English (totalling 60 credits or more) that the student can attend in his/her first year of stay, while also attending intensive courses of Italian language supplied by the University. The student will then attend the remaining courses in Italian, while being allowed to write the dissertation in English.

About the University of Milan

The University of Milan offers a multidisciplinary educational programme, which focuses primarily on three areas:
Humanities, Social Sciences and Law  -  Medicine and Healthcare  -  Science.

The University has 9 faculties, which offer a total of 137 bachelor (3 years) and master (2 years) programmes, and 69 departments, which are the facilities assigned to research.

Fees academic year in Italy  

The 1st installment is the same for all faculties: circa 700 Euros
1st installment is to be paid by October 2012. 

The 2nd installment to be paid by May 2013.
The second instalment varies according to the course of study you have chosen and your family's income (from 0 to 3200 Euros circa), as shown by ISEE/ISEEU (University Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) certification.

ISEEU Certification
If you would like the second instalment to be calculated according to income, you must produce ISEEU certification, otherwise the University will charge you the maximum amount foreseen for your course of study. We can provide you with all the necessary information.
